Friday, November 04, 2005 Further to yesterday's post about the middle class, here's an article by Mark Lawson on the dearth of films about the middle class in British cinema, from the UK Guardian Film & Music Weekly. It also happens that I've just started Zadie Smith's new novel On Beauty, an homage to EM Forster and set in the middle class world of American east coast academia.
